Fully equip & decorated w/spectacular views of river & Mountains. A fully equip., kitchen & bedding. Deck overlooking river w/ outdoor built-in dining bar & stools, picnic area w/large firepit & tripod, BBQ, swings, outdoor hot shower. Near many alpine lake hikes, ice cave, historic mining ghost town, and more!

- Additional rules: Please wash any dishes you use and put away. Please Strip sheets, pillowcases, and place with used Towels in laundry bag provided or put in shower for cleaning lady. Outdoor string lights come on automatically, Smoking allowed outside only, keep fires in pit and manageable (we have water hose near fire), place all garbage in can outside do not leave food out as it will attract animals, SWIM AT OWN RISK. Please keep dogs on long leach on the property and stay off private property across main gravel road. Dog can go loose on beach if they do not run off. There are chickens and ducks further down the road though you cannot see their property from ours. also, there are cameras on the entry of the property. Please put animals in crate if you leave them in the trailer alone for long periods and open the windows so they have air as it can get warm. Bring own charcoal for BBQ, water is not potted so do not drink but ok to cook with, we provide limited bottled water you may want to bring your own. Please pick up dog poop. we hate to start charging pet fees for cleanup. Be sure to turn off lights and that the oven or stove are not on. Leave pilot light on. THANK YOU!!! ENJOY!

This was the perfect getaway! Set on the most beautiful riverfront property, Magda has thought of it all from the stocked kitchen, comfy bed and the best outdoor shower! It was a beautiful setting and we will definitely be back. Thank you Magda!
